Support Policy

Support calls, faxes and emails are included in the software contract for off-site support (within reason). Email is our client's most preferred support method as their answer is emailed back, providing them with a written instruction for the issue in question.

Programming, on-site support, special reports and customised layouts are charged on a time-related basis in 30-minute blocks, at our hourly charge out rate.

Customised report layouts are usually charged at a minimum of one hour (i.e. invoice, statement, sales order, purchase order, quote, packing slip, job card)

EMERGENCY after-hours support is available; however, it will be charged at 1.5 times our normal hourly charge out rate, with a minimum charge for each call of one hour.

As of 01 August 2014 our hourly charge out rate is $180 per hour. All prices are GST-exclusive, and are subject to change without prior notice.
